Fabio Santos Sartini

Fabio Santos Sartini, 40, of Niles, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 9:31 p.m. in his home.

Fabio was born on May 4, 1976 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the beloved son of Almir Jr. and Leci dos Santos Sartini.

He was a loving father, a devout Catholic and cared very deeply for his family.  Anyone that knew Fabio, knew that his passion in life was soccer.  A teacher by nature, his chosen career as a soccer coach, was a perfect fit.  Through his levels of certifications and lifelong experience, he passed his valued knowledge, love of the sport and extensive skillset on to many fellow athletes.  He was well-respected and loved by his many students and colleagues of the game. 

Always bringing a warm smile and a light hearted disposition, he easily put people at ease and his jolly attitude, was a contagious one.  Although he was a coach, he was also a student.  Always wanting to learn more, he had multiple degrees in business, accounting, computer science and was currently attending Kent State University.

Fabio will be greatly missed by his daughter, Taylor Leci Sartini, his mother Leci dos Santos Sartini, aunt Alceni dos Santos Carreira, cousins Janaina Carreira Marques Franca, Luiz Felipe Carreira Marques, Robson Nascimento Franca, Rafaella Donni Ney, goddaughter Isabela Carreira Franca and nieces Julia Carreira Franca and Cristal Donni Ney Carreira.  As well as his extended American family, his many friends and countless loved ones.

Calling hours will take place on Monday, October 17, 2016 from 5 until 7 PM at Sinchak & Kaszowski Funeral Home, 727 E. Market St. Warren, Ohio.

A Mass of Christian Burial with Fr. Thomas Eisweirth officiating will take place at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 18, 2016 in Blessed Sacrament Parish, 3020 Reeves Road NE, Warren Ohio preceded by closing prayers to be recited at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home prior in leaving for the church. 

Burial will follow in Kerr Cemetery, Weathersfield Twp.
