PHOENIX, AZ-There will be a chapel service held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Boardman, for Richard W. Guy, 55, of Phoenix, who passed away, Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 8:48 a.m. at Grant Medical Center in Columbus as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident earlier in the week while riding his Harley near Cambridge, Ohio.

Mr. Guy was born on May 11, 1960 in Youngstown, the son of the late Raymond R. and Florence K. (Davis) Guy.

Mr. Guy had a passion for riding his Harley Davidson and was returning from a trip to Strugiss South Dakota and visiting family when his accident occurred. 

Mr. Guy will be missed by two brothers David (Ida Kirkbride) Guy of Liberty Township; and Raymond (Karen) Guy of Arizonia; and three step sisters Diane Guy Benedis, Sandra Armes and Jane Kelly all of Younstown.

Besides his parents, Mr. Guy was preceded in death by a sister Joyce Guy and a step brother George Guy.

Friends and Family may visit from 12:30 p.m. until the hour of service in the chapel at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Boardman on Thursday, August 27, 2015.
