Warren – Alice S. Ondrejko, 92, passed away Friday, January 11, 2019 at the Hospice House in Poland.
She was born March 19, 1926, in Deer Twp., PA, the daughter of the late Mike and Katie (Fanaseff) Zackeroff.
Alice was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Warren, the St. Benedicts Auxiliary of the Church and the K of C Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed cooking, fishing, bingo, crocheting, knitting, polka dancing and being a loving mother to her sons.
She married the love of her life Leonard J. Ondrejko whom she married September 25, 1948 and passed away February 14, 2012.
She is survived by her children Martin G. Ondrejko of Warren, Daniel L. (Carol) Ondrejko of Somis, CA, James J. (Anne) Ondrejko of Glendale, CA, and Joseph M. (Jeannine) Ondrejko of Thousand Oaks, CA, six grandchildren Brittney, Jonathan, Alex, Michael, Daniel, and Kristin, and her friend and caregiver Renee Derr of Cortland.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, six brothers, and two sisters.
Family and friends may pay their respects Tuesday, January 15, 2019 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home 727 East Market. Warren, Ohio 44481.
A Liturgy Service will be Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Sts. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church 180 Belvedere Ave. NE, Warren, Ohio 44483 with Fr. Simeone B. Sibenik officiating.
Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta.
