Memories of Regina will be carried on by her many nieces and nephews, especially her caregiver and great great nephew Nelsen Michael Thomas of Braceville.

Besides her parents, Regina was preceded in death by five brothers Peter, Michael, Alexander, Albert and Paul Hopko; and by six sisters Mary Zigler, Elizabeth Sekerak, Bertha Hopko, Mary Hopko, Anne Arambasick and Veronica Lachendro.
