Paul is survived by his sons William A. (Phuong) of Yorba Linda, CA, Richard J. (Joyce) of Warren and Michael D. (Diana) of Kent; several grandchildren; great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents and wife; Paul was preceded in death by two sons Gary Sperko in April 2010; Robert Sperko on August 9, 2010; a brother Michael Sperko in December 2013 and a sister Helen Smanko in November 1999.
