Currently of Springfield, Nellie was reunited with her beloved George on May 18, 2015.  A native of Warren, Ohio, she was born October 14, 1929, the daughter of the late Frank and Blanche (Zielinski) Glazer.  Nellie was a 1947 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School.  After attending Warren Business College, she worked in the commercial advertising department at the Warren Tribune Chronicle.  Nellie married the love of her life on December 29, 1951, and shared 62 years with George before his passing on May 31, 2014.  She particularly enjoyed family and friends, always remembering birthdays and anniversaries with cards and phone calls.  Nellie also enjoyed gardening, cooking, birds, fishing and reading.  Proud of her Polish heritage, she was a member of the Polish Women’s Alliance of America.  Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by baby sister, Steffa, and brothers, Marion, Stanley, and Ambrose Peter.  Surviving are her daughter, Michele Marie Pfrogner, son-in-law Tom, and granddaughter Tracie Marie of New Carlisle, Ohio.  Other survivors include cousins, nieces, nephews, godchildren, and friends.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Carl Kish at 10 A.M. Friday May 22, 2015 at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, Cortland, with a visitation one hour prior in the church.  Entombment will be in All Souls Cemetery, Cortland.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Polish Women’s Alliance Charitable & Educational Foundation, 6643 N. Northwest Hwy, 2nd Floor, Chicago, Illinois  60631.  The family wishes to thank Community Mercy Hospice of Springfield, Ohio, and in particular, Nurses Barbara and Debra, for their compassion, care, and support.  Arrangements by the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio, and Sinchak and Sons Funeral home in Warren.
