Heather L. Pennell-Depp, 41, of Warren and formerly of Myrtle Beach, SC, entered into eternal life on Monday, October 19, 2015. The Trumbull County Coroner’s office is investigating.
Heather was born on January 8, 1974 in Youngstown, the daughter of Timothy F. Pennell and Patricia D. (Elder) Pennell.
Heather attended John F. Kennedy High School and was a 1992 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School.
Heather worked in retail and loved being at the beach and living in Myrtle Beach, SC for the last 12 years.
Heather attended St. Mary’s Church in Warren.
A loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend, Heather’s memory will be forever cherished by her mother, Patricia “Pattee” (Elder) Pennell, with whom she made her home; her father Timothy (Rebecca) Pennell of Austintown; maternal grandmother Kathy (McGarry) Elder of Warren; paternal grandmother Theresa (Karabin) Pennell of Austintown; two sisters Rachael and Amanda Pennell and a brother Jordan Pennell all of Columbus; aunts and uncles; Lynn Elder of Warren, Karen (James) Aikins of Niles, Jacque (Michael) Mickler of New Springfield; Curt (Maria) Elder of Warren and Bonnie (Steve) Smith of Austintown; many cousins and by a host of friends.
Heather was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Lawrence and Patricia Elder and paternal grandfather Frank Pennell.
Calling hours will take place TODAY Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday, October 23, 2015 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. all at the Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home.
A Mass of Christian Burial, with Fr. Bernard R. Schmalzried officiating, will be offered at 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 23, 2015 in St. Mary’s Church, preceded by closing prayers to be recited at 9:30 a.m. Friday in the funeral home prior in leaving for the church.
Burial will follow in All Souls Cemetery in Cortland.
