Dolores "Dee" A (DePlacito) Cooper

Dolores “Dee” A. Cooper, 78, of Warren, entered into eternal life on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 11:33 a.m. in her home under the conforting care of hospice.

Dee was born on July 25, 1936 in Warren the daughter of the late Nicholas and Veronica (Leposky) DePlacito and attended Warren G. Harding High School.

Dee was a nursing assistant at Trumbull Memorial Hospital for 16 years retiring in 1995.

She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish-SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in Warren.

Dee is survived by a daughter Kathy Marshall with whom she made her home; a brother Ronald J. (Deborah) DePlacito of Crossville, TN; a granddaughter Melissa (John) Franklin and two great grandchildren Christopher and Alley Hafner.

Besides her parents, Dee was preceded in death by her husband Robert J. Cooper on May 3, 1971 and a brother Nicholas DePlacito.

Calling hours will take place on Thursday, July 23, 2015 from 5:00 until 6:50 p.m. in the Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home.

A Christian Burial Service will take place on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home with Fr. James P. Walker, officiating.

Burial will take place in All Souls Cemetery in Cortland.
